3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, store, process, and share information, including information related to cookies, analytics, affiliate links, product tools, email subscriptions, browser-based testing, user-submitted information, and third-party services.
Please review our Privacy Policy here: https://pcbuyer.com/privacy-policy/.
4. PCBuyer Tools, Automated Analysis, and AI-Assisted Results
PCBuyer may provide automated product analysis, computer-buying recommendations, product scores, AI readiness estimates, fair-price ranges, deal ratings, comparison results, and other outputs generated from available data, third-party merchant information, user-submitted information, browser/device signals, public product specifications, automated rules, and/or artificial intelligence systems.
These tools and outputs are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional, financial, technical, legal, cybersecurity, or purchasing advice. PCBuyer does not guarantee that any product is a good purchase, suitable for your specific needs, accurately described by a seller, compatible with your intended use, available at the displayed price, or free from defects.
Automated and AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or incomplete analysis. You should independently verify product specifications, seller reputation, product condition, warranty terms, return policies, shipping costs, taxes, operating-system compatibility, upgradeability, software compatibility, performance requirements, and merchant terms before making a purchase.
You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. PCBuyer is not responsible for losses, dissatisfaction, incompatibility, product defects, merchant disputes, warranty disputes, missed discounts, inaccurate seller listings, or any other issue arising from your reliance on PCBuyer tools or content.
5. Browser Computer Test and Device Capability Estimates
Some PCBuyer tools may analyze limited browser-accessible technical information to estimate your computer’s capabilities. This may include browser type, operating-system signals, screen/device capabilities, memory estimates, graphics/browser rendering capabilities, and other technical indicators made available by your browser or device.
Browser-based tests are limited by browser permissions, privacy settings, device settings, operating-system restrictions, and technical limitations. These tests may not accurately identify your exact processor, memory, graphics hardware, storage, installed software, or full system capabilities.
PCBuyer’s browser-based tests do not inspect your personal files, documents, photos, passwords, emails, private messages, or local content outside the technical signals made available through your browser. Results are estimates only and should not be treated as a complete technical audit of your computer.
6. Product Scores, Rankings, Blue Book Values, and Fair-Price Estimates
PCBuyer may display product scores, AI readiness grades, value ratings, rankings, “best” labels, deal ratings, fair-price ranges, Blue Book estimates, product comparisons, recommended alternatives, red flags, or similar evaluations.
These evaluations are editorial and/or algorithmic opinions based on available signals, which may include price, age, condition, specifications, product class, performance estimates, AI readiness, warranty information, merchant data, availability, popularity, and other factors selected by PCBuyer.
Scores, ratings, rankings, fair-price ranges, and Blue Book estimates are not appraisals, guarantees, warranties, or promises of actual resale value, market value, trade-in value, replacement cost, performance, quality, or merchant reliability.
Product data changes frequently. PCBuyer may update, modify, remove, or revise any score, estimate, ranking, product profile, or recommendation at any time without notice.
7. Merchant Offers, Prices, Availability, and Product Data
The Site may display product prices, availability, images, specifications, seller names, shipping information, taxes, discounts, condition descriptions, ratings, delivery estimates, and other product or merchant information supplied by third-party merchants, affiliate networks, APIs, data feeds, users, public sources, or automated systems.
PCBuyer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any third-party product or merchant information. Prices, discounts, availability, shipping costs, taxes, seller terms, return policies, and product details may change without notice.
PCBuyer is not the seller of third-party products unless expressly stated otherwise. All purchases, returns, exchanges, warranties, repairs, shipping issues, payment issues, customer-service matters, and disputes are between you and the applicable merchant.
Before purchasing, you should verify all product information directly on the merchant’s website, including the final price, product condition, warranty, shipping, tax, return policy, and seller terms.
8. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Compensation Disclosure
PCBuyer may receive compensation, referral fees, affiliate commissions, lead-generation fees, advertising revenue, or other consideration when users click links, purchase products, request quotes, sign up for offers, interact with merchants, or use third-party services through the Site.
This may include participation in affiliate programs and advertising networks such as Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, Sovrn Commerce, and other merchant, affiliate, lead-generation, or advertising programs.
As an Amazon Associate, PCBuyer earns from qualifying purchases.
Affiliate relationships may affect which merchants or offers are available for display. However, PCBuyer should not accept payment solely to intentionally misrepresent a product’s quality, score, ranking, value, or suitability.
Product recommendations, rankings, reviews, comparisons, and deal alerts may contain affiliate links. Clicking an affiliate link or purchasing through an affiliate link may result in compensation to PCBuyer at no additional cost to you.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, merchants, manufacturers, marketplaces, payment processors, affiliate networks, advertising networks, software providers, data providers, and other services that PCBuyer does not own or control.
PCBuyer is not responsible for third-party websites, products, pricing, policies, practices, content, security, privacy practices, terms, warranties, availability, customer service, or fulfillment. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
10. PCBuyer Alerts, Newsletters, and Email Communications
By subscribing to PCBuyer Alerts, newsletters, deal alerts, product updates, guides, eBooks, course-related communications, or similar communications, you agree to receive commercial and non-commercial emails from PCBuyer.
PCBuyer Alerts and newsletters may include affiliate links, sponsored content, product recommendations, merchant offers, and other commercial information. Deals and prices may expire, change, or become unavailable quickly.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or instructions included in the email. Administrative, legal, transactional, security, or account-related messages may still be sent where permitted by law.
You agree that communications from PCBuyer may be provided electronically, including by email, website notice, account notice, or other electronic means.
11. AI 101 Course, Lessons, Progress, and Certificates
PCBuyer may provide educational content, AI 101 lessons, build-your-own-computer resources, quizzes, progress tracking, certificates of completion, and related learning tools.
PCBuyer educational materials are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional training, formal education, manufacturer documentation, safety guidance, cybersecurity guidance, or expert technical assistance.
A PCBuyer certificate of completion indicates only that a user completed the applicable PCBuyer course, lesson sequence, or activity. It is not a professional license, industry certification, academic credential, employment qualification, continuing-education credit, or guarantee of technical competence.
12. User Content, Submitted Listings, Reviews, and Feedback
The Site may allow users to submit product listing URLs, product descriptions, computer specifications, comments, reviews, ratings, feedback, questions, messages, deal tips, screenshots, or other information collectively, “User Content.”
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, any third-party rights, or applicable law.
By submitting User Content, you grant PCBuyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, excerpt, modify, analyze, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the User Content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Site and related services.
You may not submit User Content that is false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, unlawful, infringing, malicious, spam, promotional without permission, or otherwise objectionable.
PCBuyer may remove, edit, refuse, moderate, or restrict User Content at any time, with or without notice, but has no obligation to monitor all User Content.
Reviews and Testimonials
You may not submit fake reviews, paid reviews without disclosure, reviews by people who have not used the relevant product or service, undisclosed insider reviews, review manipulation, or content intended to suppress truthful negative reviews.
If you submit a review, testimonial, endorsement, or similar content, you must disclose any material connection you have to the product, merchant, manufacturer, seller, or service provider, including compensation, employment, ownership, family relationships, free products, discounts, or other incentives.
13. Intellectual Property
